PreTime Piano Jazz & Blues – Primer Level

Description

PreTime Piano Jazz & Blues – Primer Level introduces beginning piano students to the fun and expressive world of jazz and blues through entertaining pieces written especially for young musicians. This 20-page collection features imaginative lyrics that capture the blues spirit of life’s ups and downs while helping early-grade students explore musical style, expression, and creativity at the keyboard. Designed for students who are building foundational piano skills, these pieces remain in middle C position with occasional sharps or flats and avoid eighth notes and dotted rhythms, making them accessible for beginner players. A great addition to back-to-school piano lessons, this book supports music teachers, classrooms, and home practice while giving young pianists an exciting way to develop confidence and enjoy playing.
