D’Addario Ukulele Humidifier Pro UHP

Description

Protect your investment from the inside out. The D’Addario Ukulele Humidifier Pro is the ultimate defense against the dry air that causes wood to crack, bridges to lift, and frets to sprout. Designed specifically for the unique dimensions of a ukulele soundhole, this professional-grade humidifier maintains a stable environment for your instrument, whether it’s a soprano, concert, tenor, or baritone. Unlike standard sponge humidifiers, the UHP features a specialized hydrophilic sponge that holds up to 12 times its dry weight in water. This means less frequent refills and more consistent moisture release over longer periods. The unit suspends securely between the strings, hanging safely inside the body without ever touching the wood or damaging the finish. Maintenance is effortless thanks to the easy-access rubber cap, which allows you to check the sponge’s moisture levels or refill it in seconds. Whether you live in a desert climate or are dealing with the drying effects of winter heating, the D’Addario UHP ensures your ukulele stays in peak playing condition year-round. Key Benefits: Maximum Retention: High-capacity sponge requires fewer refills than competitive models. Safe Suspension: Hangs by the strings; never touches the instrument’s body. Universal Fit: Sized perfectly for all standard ukulele soundholes. No-Leak Design: Sealed cap prevents dripping while allowing for easy moisture checks. Prevents Damage: Guards against warping, shrinking, and costly structural cracks.
